So then, very briefly for now, Wonky Toad is basically me - Dan Chaplin. I make all kinds of random things, mostly out of wood, but occasionally I dabble in a bit of metalwork, and whatever else takes my fancy. Almost everything I make is made from reclaimed materials, or offcuts etc that would otherwise be destined for the skip.

I grew up on a farm and I guess I could nail two bits of wood together before I could say the alphabet, and I've been making crafty stuff ever since on and off. Its only in the last month or so however, that i've made a concerted effort to get people to part with money for the stuff.

I''ve recently moved to the Leeds area, and hope to become a regular presence on the craft fairs and markets in the surrounding areas.
